Really? What does it mean to diversify foodservice? We thought you were the turnaround king for Godfather's pizza?
I'm thinking this refers to getting more top level managers to be minorities. If this is Herman's worst "offense", that's not a problem to me. His results at Godfather's are well known, not sure you can knock him for that.
